At Princeton
Princeton University is one of the best US universities. It is private and one of the richest universities not only in the USA but also in the world. This university is situated in the state New Jersey. When it was founded in 1746, it was called as College of New Jersey. In 1756, it became Princeton University.
Traditionally, Princeton University is focused on undergraduate programs, but it also gets graduate programs. In general, the range of programs for student who are going to study at Princeton University is very wide.
It is worth to mention that Princeton University provides place of living to all students. Usually students live at special students’ dormitories. As for first year and second year students, they live at student residences.
At Princeton university there are six undergraduate colleges which however are residential colleges. It means that each college provides students with living place. All buildings, which are designed for students, consist of a set of dormitories, a dining hall, a variety of other places such as study spaces, libraries, performance spaces, and darkrooms, and a collection of administrators and associated faculty.
Here are six undergraduate colleges: Wilson College, Forbes College, Rockefeller College, Mathey College, Butler College, and Whitman College. There is also one graduate college, which is called very simply the Graduate College.
